About Alice Hewitt

Alice is in the early stages of her coaching career, with 3 years of experience in the coaching space before founding her own coaching business, Lumley Loveday Consulting. She began her working life as a Veterinary Surgeon and has since transferred her team leadership and people development skills to leadership consultancy.

Alice’s specialty lies in coaching aspiring, ambitious, and accidental leaders to leverage their emotional intelligence to propel their results and step into leadership with confidence and a mindset for success. With confidence in facilitating team workshops on communication, reducing conflict, building resilience, and creating psychologically safe workplaces, her objective is to ensure everyone can thrive and succeed.

She is a certified personal performance coach and DISC psychometric profiling trainer, and combines her professional skills, expertise, emotional intelligence and 20 years’ experience of fast paced, high pressure environments to help the next generation of leaders and teams develop the skills, strengths and talents needed to be successful in the modern workplace.
